On January 25, 2018, <\/span>Le Grenier aux nouvelles<\/span><\/i> announced the finalists for the <\/span>25th edition of the Greniers d’Or contest<\/span><\/a>. The goal of the contest was to develop the most creative greeting card in the communications industry<\/strong>. Participants, communications professionals, could compete in the following categories: Animation, Games\/Interactivity, Film & Video for Agencies, Film & Video for Production Companies, Design\/Ergonomics\/Still Images, Movers & Shakers of the Future, Charitable Causes, Best Text, Illustration\/Photography, Objects\/Gifts, Custom Constructions, Self-Promotion, and, lastly, Finalists – <\/span>Imprimerie l’Empreinte <\/span>Special Prize.<\/span><\/p>\n

This year, there was a new twist to how the jury was put together. Members had to be accompanied by someone from their family when judging the contest and selecting the winners. This initiative from C\u00e9dric Audet of the John St. Agency, president of this year\u2019s contest, aimed to celebrate different points of view and to add an emotional aspect to the judging of creative works<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finalist in two categories, Best Text and Objects\/Gifts, Honok Media<\/a> was awarded the Certificate of Excellence for Objects\/Gifts during the January 25th ceremony at <\/span>L\u2019Astral<\/span><\/i> theatre. Their winning concept? A \u201csurvival kit\u201d box filled with essentials specially designed for Christmas<\/strong> (image above).<\/span><\/p>\n

Honok Media is a traditional media agency that began its partnership with Index in 2017. Ever since the two agencies have worked together on several prestigious mandates.<\/span><\/p>\n
