SEO/SEM Specialist (Toronto)

As a web marketing ninja, you:


  • Monitor industry trends and contribute to research and development
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis
  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO audits, monitor their implementation, and ensure the growth of the websites you manage
  • Cooperate remotely from Toronto with the Montreal-based team
  • Manage PPC accounts
  • Analyze traffic quality in Google Analytics
  • Provide training to our partners in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

Client Management

  • Establish and manage project schedules and budgets for each new project
  • Analyze the client’s web environment
  • Participate in business development strategies
  • Provide ROI reports to clients
  • Ensure quality control and customer support
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions
  • Manage internal and external company teams
  • For each project, provide indicators to management for better tracking and management of project progression
  • Support continuous improvement and development of company processes
  • Participate in the preparation and review of proposals, with a view to ensuring both support for sales strategies and for effective risk management


  • Minimum 3 years of SEO experience
  • Minimum 1 year of media buying campaign experience
  • Knowledge of best practices and tools (Keyword Tool, Google Analytics / Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, Majestic…)
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team, and to multitask several projects at once under tight deadlines
  • Analytical, resourceful, creative, with the ability to work in converging fields
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, numbers-focused
  • Excellent communicator
  • Google AdWords Certification
  • University degree in communications/marketing or a related discipline
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
