No, all costs associated with our services will be specified in the contract. Upon completion of a needs analysis, we submit a quote to the client for the requested services. The client then has the time to study the proposed contract and to take a fully informed decision to employ our services or not. The contract also stipulates that the client will always be informed beforehand in the event of additional fees.
