Jeremy is the President and founder of Index. After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences, and working 2 years in a web marketing agency engineering their digital marketing department, Jeremy co-founded Index. Specialized in web strategies and programming, certified in Google Adwords, and recognized as a Google Partner, his leadership has played a key role in the recognition of Index by Google among the 200 best agencies in the world. Jeremy has brought together a team that has developed a unique AI solution in its field.
André has been working for more than 20 years developing international business, primarily in North and South America, Europe and Asia. He joined Index as a Partner and currently is responsible for Corporate Strategy and International Relations. André is a lawyer (member of OAB/SP, Brazil), and holds a master’s degree in international management from McGill University.
François joined Index as the VP of Marketing and the A.I. Solution Strategist in 2015. François previously had experience in the financial sector, working as a trader for 5 years at Scotiabank before working as a financial planner for high net worth individuals. He went on to serve as the VP Marketing & Sales at Shooga Marketing where he led a team that developed creative digital solutions for customers. In 1997, François completed Bachelor in Business Administration in Finance at Bishop’s University.
Karl Moore is an Associate Professor at the Desautels Faculty of Management of McGill University and a Fellow at Green Templeton College, Oxford University, where he taught full time from 1995 to 2000. Dr. Moore has taught extensively in executive education programs including at Oxford, Cambridge, Duke, LBS, RSM, Queens, McGill, IIM Bangalore, Renmin (Beijing), and Darden. An active consultant Dr. Moore has worked with Air Canada, BA, Nokia, IBM, Volvo, HP, Motorola, Accenture, Morgan Stanley and other firms. He has authored/co-authored 28 academic journal articles and 10 books. He did a weekly video interview, Talking Management, for the Globe and Mail for 8 years where he interviewed CEOs and leading Business School Profs. Karl was nominated for the 2017 Thinkers50 Distinguished Achievement Awards in the Leadership Category as a top thinker in the area for his work on introverts/extroverts in the C-Suite & Millennials.
