The Performance Marketing Specialist will implement and manage advanced digital marketing strategies and paid campaigns designed to achieve increased traffic, customer engagement, and ROI, while continuing to deliver added value to our partners.

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis
  • Write creative text ads for clients Create visuals for online ads
  • Manage PPC accounts
  • Analyze traffic with our AI platform and other traditional analytics tools
  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO audits, monitor their implementation, and ensure the growth of the websites you manage
  • Understand the technical structure of the client and give recommendations
  • Provide training to our partners
  • Support continuous improvement and development of company processes
  • Monitor industry trends
  • Contribute to the company’s research and development activities (our tools and AI platform)
  • Assure quality control
  • Contribute to creativity sessions
  • Participate in team building activities


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and advertising
  • Experience managing and optimizing Facebook & Google Ads campaigns (Budgeting, new copy, targeting, A/B testing)
  • Ability to analyze data and then design experiments to test those hypothesis
  • Advanced knowledge in SEO, with examples of obtained results
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Knowledge of best practices and tools (Keyword Tool, Google Analytics / Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, Majestic…)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills Excellent copywriting skills (French and English) Extended knowledge in advertising Attention to detail and great organizational skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of Google Drive Suite
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team, and to multitask several projects at once under tight deadlines
