Performance Marketing Specialist Intermediate / Senior – Montreal

  • Understand the technical structure of the client and give recommendations

  • Support continuous improvement and development of company processes
  • Monitor industry trends
  • Contribute to the company’s research and development activities (our tools and AI platform)
  • Assure quality control
  • Contribute to creativity sessions
  • Participate in team building activities


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and advertising
  • Experience managing and optimizing Facebook & Google Ads campaigns (Budgeting, new copy, targeting, A/B testing)
  • Ability to analyze data and then design experiments to test those hypothesis
  • Advanced knowledge in SEO, with examples of obtained results
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Knowledge of best practices and tools (Keyword Tool, Google Analytics / Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, Majestic…)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
    Excellent copywriting skills (French and English)
    Extended knowledge in advertising
    Attention to detail and great organizational skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of Google Drive Suite
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team, and to multitask several projects at once under tight deadlines
