Google Launches an App Modeled on Waze for the New York City Subway

Is getting around on the NYC Subway like a living hell for you? Google’s incubator, Area 120, will soon be offering an app called Pigeon to make your life easier. Users will be notified (via other users) of any possible complications along their route and will be instantly offered an alternate route based on that crowd-sourced data.
