Twitter Launches Live Audio!

Now Twitter has decided to launch a live voice feature to see what its users can do with this new format. Only available on iOS for now.

Tor Browser Now Available for Android

The Tor Project released a first version of its mobile browser last week. It’s an app that will allow Android users to take advantage of the known benefits of Tor while navigating the internet on their phones: Privacy protection, ad blockers, tracking blockers, and a host of other features! This first version unveiled by Tor is an Alpha version, so it will be improved in the coming weeks. No date has been specified for iOS users.

Facebook Opens a Data Center in Asia

On September 6, 2018, Facebook announced the opening of a new data center in Singapore. This first data center in Asia will help to optimize the speed and efficiency of Facebook’s services in this region where most of its users live, as well as its visibility there.

Facebook Launches “Flight Ads”

In a matter of weeks, airlines will be able to take advantage of a new feature launched by Facebook, called “Flight Ads.” Using this feature, they will be able to broaden their targeting to include all users who intend to travel. Previously tested by Air France in the United States, these new ads have already proved their worth.

Because Instagram requires a minimum user age of 13 years (which may seem very young), it has launched a guide aimed at parents to explain the what the social network is and to outline best practices.
