Emplois-Spécialisés is a division of Techno-Communication, an agency that brings together many resources recruitment services. Emplois-Spécialisés has 15 dynamic specialized websites in all sectors of activity in Quebec. The network is constantly growing to soon reach 33 websites.

Several major issues stood out:

  • Getting known to two different targets, both recruiters and candidates, requires twice as much effort.
  • The competition in the field of recruitment is very strong.
  • Each site of the Techno-Communication network is very recent, while the sites of its competitors are very old and are favored by Google.

The strategy and all the actions carried out aimed to increase the visibility of the organization on the Web in order to promote the recruitment of potential candidates – resulting in:
